Steps to Reserve Appointment:

-Select a 15-minute time interval for your appointment 

-Selection option to donate. Only donations at time of reservation are being accepted

-Confirm residency within the Town of Paradise Valley from mailing address

-Provide email or cell phone for event notifications

-Agree to terms of use for the Safely Shred event

 

Date of Appointment:

-Place electronic donations and shredding material in truck or rear passenger door

-Please stay within the vehicle during entirety of event

-Arrive up to 5 minutes prior to appointment for a check in at entrance off of N. Invergordon Rd.

-Display your appointment reservation receipt from your email to be verified through car window

-Proceed to appropriate line to drop off shredding material and practice social distancing

-Park at drop off location and following instruction from on-site personnel

-Safely exit the municipal complex parking area onto E. Lincoln Dr.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost? There is no cost for residents. Donations are optional and are accepted online.

What if I miss the deadline to book an appointment? Appointments are preferred to reduce lines and wait times, however, you can still come to the event and participate without an appointment.

How do I secure a spot or make a donation? You can visit our registration portal: http://www.alertpv.us/ShredSafely

How many boxes can I bring? No more than 5 standard business shred boxes per registered resident.

Can we bring electronics? Yes, unwanted electronics will be collected. No CRT monitors or televisions, only flat panels. Please verify other acceptable items by calling AZStRUT at (480)222-4066 or visiting their website here.

Who is the beneficiary? This season it is a local non-profit called Angels on Patrol which partners to provide police officers to support the community within the Town of Paradise Valley. We will also be sending your donations to the Special Olympics to help enrich all those lives with sports.
